Theatron

This Unique stage pushed the boundaries of geometric structure, combining the Collonade on the facade of Sydney Gardens with the Maple leaf shape from the trees that surrounded the museum. The amalgamation of modern and historic creates a juxtaposition, the main stage capturing the audience's attention, the area where the performances would take place. Being an outdoor stage, it's use would be available year-round, being a stage in the warmer months, and a statue of art in the winter.
